I offer twice weekly virtual sessions for people who are working towards their health goals. These types of challenges can be so difficult but hiring a coach can insulate your goals and speed up your progress. 🏎️

If you're ready to get that personal "W" it's time to get a coach to keep you in the game. ⏰
1.)Each session is 25 minutes scheduled TWO times a week. Perfect to squeeze in at lunch time, on your commute or while you walk.
2.)This program cost $50 a week and is scheduled 4 weeks at a time.
3.)All appointments will be scheduled at time of purchase so you can ensure your success for the month ahead. (Roll over sessions and rescheduled visits available with 24 hours notice)
4.) If 50 min once a week is better for your schedule I'm happy to accommodate you.
✨ Twice weekly coaching is also a great set-up for people with ADHD who need a body double or wish to bring their task with them to the session (virtually) and need more regular sessions closer together.
