Autism as an adult explained… and why it makes me a Killer Coach. ✨
People often say,
“You’re so curious!” 🧠
"You're not like other people" 🌺
"I would have never thought of it like that"
But also might not have caught on that I'm on the spectrum.
Living with autism means I’m constantly decoding neurotypical culture, figuring out what’s socially “appropriate”, spotting the inefficiencies in systems, and noticing patterns others don’t even see.
Here’s why that makes me a better coach:
👽 I see patterns everywhere!!!
in your habits, your thinking, and where you’re getting stuck.
🎯 I’m direct!!?
No fluff, no guessing games. I mean what I say but I'm not mean when I say it.
🖼️ I pick up on the little things.
Body language, tone, micro-behaviors the stuff people miss but that tells the real story.
The stuff I do miss are the things people don't or won't say.
If it's implied it's out of my purview.
In the coaching container we only work on the things you're bringing to the table with intention.
I DONT shrink my clients or pick them apart.
I help clients address the gaps between awareness and action.
⚡ I’ve walked a hard path of adapting to a world that wasn’t built for me, so I get it when life feels exhausting or unfair.
🎨 I think creatively. I'm always finding solutions you might never imagine because my brain loves connecting the dots in unexpected ways.
🌈 Being autistic doesn't make me better or worse off. It's just a different way of being. I use pattern recognition and bottom up thinking to gain insight that helps people level up their life.
If you want a coach who notices what others don’t, speaks plainly, and guides you with both insight and humor, I’ve got you.
